1. Organizer

The organizer of the competition is Ardap Care GmbH, Franzstraße 95, 46395 Bocholt, Germany. The competition is not affiliated with Meta (Facebook or Instagram) and is not sponsored, supported, or organized by them in any way.

2. Participation period

The competition runs from 1 June 2025 (00:00) to 31 August 2025 (23:59).

3. Conditions of participation

Eligible to participate are natural persons residing in Germany who have reached the age of 18. Employees of Ardap Care GmbH and its cooperation partner Schauinsland Reisen, as well as their families, are excluded from participation. Participation is possible via Facebook or Instagram by:

- Posting a photo or video showing the use of Bactador.
- The use of the hashtag #bactadortipp in the post.
- Tagging the official Bactador account on Instagram or Facebook.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Contributions must not violate the platform's guidelines or applicable law.

4. Profit

The prize is a travel voucher worth €1,000 from Schauinsland Reisen, valid until December 31, 2028. In addition, five surprise packages worth at least €50, consisting of products from Ardap Care GmbH, will be raffled off. The prizes will be sent by mail to the winner's address. The prize cannot be paid out in cash, exchanged, or transferred to another person.

5. Determination of the winner

The winner will be selected by an internal jury after the end of the participation period based on the creativity, relevance, and authenticity of the entry. The winner will be contacted via private message on the respective social media channel by September 15, 2025, at the latest. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of contact, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

6. Rights of use

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees that his/her contribution (photo/video and text), including social media names, may be used and published by Bactador free of charge in connection with the competition and Bactador marketing communications.

7. Data protection

No registration is required to participate. Participants' data will be processed solely for the purpose of conducting the competition and will be deleted afterward.

8. Exclusion of participants

The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition in the event of violations of these terms and conditions, attempts at manipulation, or inappropriate content.

9. Changes and early termination

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time for important reasons or to adapt the conditions of participation.

10. Legal recourse

Legal recourse is excluded. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply exclusively.
